PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – INFORMATION NOTICE
Dear business partners/interested parties,
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (hereinafter, “Personal Data Protection Code”) and Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), we inform you that your personal data will be processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. We will ensure that the data is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes of processing (“data minimization”). Your personal data will also be processed in accordance with the principles of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, and in full compliance with the applicable regulations and confidentiality obligations set out therein.

Data Controller
The Data Controller is IN.VI. Srl – VAT number 04346670245, Via L. L. Zamenhof, 403 – 36100 Vicenza – Italia (hereinafter, "Data Controller").
2. Purpose of Processing
The processing of your personal data is primarily carried out for the purpose of entering into and executing contractual agreements, as well as fulfilling obligations mandated by applicable law and regulations.
3. Methods of Processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4(2) of the GDPR, specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of data. Your personal data may be processed manually, electronically, or automatically.
4. Retention Time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
5. Data Communication
Personal data may be shared with our employees, who are formally appointed to process such data, properly trained in data security, and operate within the limits of their designated roles and responsibilities. Additionally, data may be disclosed to both public and private entities when necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in Section 2 and to comply with legal obligations. Data may also be shared with third-party entities (e.g. banks, insurance companies and external consultants) who act as external data processors supporting our operations. Under no circumstances will the data be disclosed for public dissemination or subject to profiling.
6. Data Transfer
Personal data is stored on servers located in Vicenza (VI), within the European Union. Should it be necessary, the Data Controller may transfer data to servers outside the EU. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer will comply with the applicable legal requirements, including the execution of standard contractual clauses as set by the European Commission.
7. Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal
To enable us to provide the requested services and to meet our contractual and legal obligations, the provision of the requested data is essential. Failure to provide such data or refusal to consent to its processing may result in our inability to fully or partially deliver the services or comply with relevant legal requirements.
8. Your Rights
As the Data Subject, you can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right of Access: you may request information about the data we hold about you, including its processing purposes, categories, recipients and, where possible, the retention period (Article 15 GDPR);

Right to Rectification and Erasure: you can request and obtain the correction or deletion of your personal data (Articles 16 and 17 GDPR);

Right to Restriction of Processing: if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you oppose its deletion, or if we no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims, you have the right to demand a restriction on processing (Article 18 GDPR);

Right to Data Portability: you may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, current, and machine-readable format, or transmit it to another Data Controller (Article 20 GDPR);

Right to Object: you can object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your specific situation at any time (Article 21 GDPR);

Right to Withdraw Consent: you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future (Article 7, paragraph 3, GDPR);

Right to Lodge a Complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Article 51 GDPR).
